BoothFilterStore.com, LLC is committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. We commit to refund or replace any defective item. We will accept returns on non-defective items within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Returns of non-defective products: (1) must be contained in their original packaging; (2) may not have been used, installed, or disassembled and (3) must contain all parts, hardware and/or instructions. Additionally, while a product itself may be non-defective, if the packaging is damaged and can not be used in resale, BoothFilterStore.com, LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.
Down Draft Ceiling Filters and special orders are not returnable unless defective. Please make accurate measurements and/or contact our customer service agents to answer any questions or concerns you may have prior to placing an order.
All Returns must have a valid return authorization number (“RAN”) issued by our customer service department. Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Online orders may be cancelled prior to shipping without any charge. We will do everything we can to accommodate such a request, but please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has begun processing.
